What to include

- Your device model, operating system, and JDF app version, if available.
- The error message and when the issue occurred.
- Your registered email or phone number if the issue concerns your account.
Never send your password, one-time verification code, sign-in token, or full payment-card details. If you include a screenshot, hide private information first.
Account and membership help
If you cannot sign in, use password recovery or email support for help accessing your account.
For membership verification or payment questions, include the relevant reference number and a description of the issue.
